The programs described below are provided solely for the information of ACTFL members. These are not ACTFL programs, and they have not been subjected to any review or vetting by ACTFL. Their presence here does not constitute an endorsement by ACTFL. One can apply for multiple scholarships. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Previous winners of a scholarship are not eligible to apply for the same scholarship.

  • AP® Spanish Language and Culture Workshop in Seville: June 16-27, 2025
  • AP® Spanish Literature and Culture Workshop in Seville: June 23-27, 2024
  • AP® Spanish Language and Culture Workshop in Madrid: June 30-July 4, 2025
  • Training course for Spanish teachers at the University of Cadiz:
    • June 23-July 4, 2025 (Basic Level)
    • July 7-July 18, 2025 (Advanced Level)
    • July 21-July 31, 2025 (Superior Level)

Who should apply?

The scholarship is available to middle school / high school / college Spanish teachers or future middle school / high school / college Spanish teachers. Our main goal is to ensure that the recipient of this scholarship learns pertinent information to be brought back and shared with his/her students.

Centro Mundolengua is providing Spanish teacher trainings in Seville, Madrid, and Cadiz in four different options:

I) AP® Spanish Language and Culture Workshop in Seville
II) AP® Spanish Literature and Culture Workshop in Seville
III) AP® Spanish Language and Culture Workshop in Madrid
IV) Training course for Spanish teachers at the University of Cadiz

Description of Scholarship

I) AP® Spanish Language and Culture Workshop in Seville
II) I) AP® Spanish Literature and Culture Workshop in Seville

  • 30 hours of AP® Spanish development and class materials
  • Cultural activities, 24-hour support
  • College Board certificate

III) AP® Spanish Language and Culture Workshop in Madrid

  • These two options include: 30 hours of AP® Spanish development and class materials
  • Cultural activities, 24-hour support
  • College Board certificate

IV) Training course for Spanish teachers at the University of Cadiz

  • 50 hours of training (including face-to-face training and individual studying) and class materials
  • Cultural activities, 24-hour support
  • University certificate
